How Can Counselling Help Me?

Sometimes it can be helpful to talk to someone who understands the effect this may have upon your life and emotional wellbeing.

The Tees Valley Counselling Trust is a registered charity which offers free, confidential and specialised counselling to anyone in this situation who lives within Tees Valley.

Who is the Service For?

You must have:

* a physical disability, or chronic illness, which has lasted, or is expected to last for more than
  12 months;

* or be a carer of such a person;

* and you, or the person you care for, must live or work within the area covered by the service.
